Upcoming Webinar: Improving Onboarding Practices in SMEs

The OnBoard Project invites SMEs, HR professionals, trainers, VET providers, and stakeholders from across Europe to participate in the upcoming international webinar:

“Improving Onboarding Practices in SMEs: Better Onboarding. Stronger Teams.”

The webinar will take place online on 13 May 2026 from 16:00 to 17:30 CET and will focus on practical approaches, research findings, and real-life perspectives related to onboarding practices in small and medium-sized enterprises.

The event will bring together experts from the fields of human resources, vocational education and training, labour market inclusion, entrepreneurship, and SME support to discuss how effective onboarding can contribute to stronger employee integration, higher engagement, improved retention, and more resilient organisations.

Participants will have the opportunity to:
